1. Overview

At Khalq e Kasib, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed and delivered.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: [3–7 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your location

👉 Remote areas may take longer than usual delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charges: Rs. 250 – Rs. 350 (depending on location)
International shipping charges are based on the weight of the parcel

👉 Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after order placement.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan
- Customers are required to pay delivery charges in advance via:
  - Bank Transfer
  - Easypaisa / JazzCash
- The remaining order amount will be collected as Cash on Delivery at the time of delivery
👉 Order will only be confirmed after receiving the advance delivery charges.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via:

7. Failed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt re-delivery
If the order is not received after multiple attempts, it may be cancelled

👉 Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
Khalq e Kasib is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
